Privacy Policy
Coaster Creator VR · Effective October 27, 2026
In short: Coaster Creator VR does not collect, store, transmit, share or sell any of your personal information or usage data. The rest of this policy explains that in more detail.
1. Who we are
Coaster Creator VR (the "Game") is developed by CrazyChickenGames ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Game on every platform it is released on, including any alpha, beta or test builds, and to this website's pages about the Game.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any information from or about you through the Game. In particular, the Game:
- does not require or offer an account, sign-in or registration;
- does not ask for your name, email address, age, location, payment details or any other personal information;
- does not include analytics, telemetry, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting services operated by us or on our behalf;
- does not record, store or transmit your voice, camera images, play space, body or head movements, or controller and hand-tracking data. Tracking data is used only on your device, while you play, to show the virtual world and respond to your input, and is discarded as soon as it has been used;
- does not send any information to us or to any server we operate.
3. Data stored on your device
The Game may keep settings and your creations (such as the coasters you build) in local storage on your own device so they are there the next time you play. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the Game.
4. Sale and sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose personal information to anyone, for money or for anything else, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we collect no personal information, we have none to sell or share.
5. Third-party platforms
You may get or run the Game through a third-party platform or device, such as a Meta Quest headset or the Meta Horizon Store. Those platforms and their operators may collect information about you and your use of their devices and services under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for. The Game is made with the Unity engine; we have not enabled any of Unity's analytics, diagnostics or crash-reporting services. Please read the privacy policies of the platforms you use.
6. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Like most web servers, the server hosting it may automatically keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to operate and secure the site. These logs are not used to identify you, are not combined with other information, and are never sold or shared, except where required by law. The page loads a font from Google Fonts, whose use is governed by Google's privacy policy. The demo video on the game page is hosted on YouTube and only loads when you press play; once it does, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
If you contact us (for example, to request alpha access), we will use the contact details and anything else you choose to send us only to reply to you and to give you access to the Game. We will not sell them or use them for marketing.
7. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the Game collects no personal information, it collects none from children. Please follow the age requirements of your VR headset and platform.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) may give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Since we do not collect, sell or share personal information through the Game, we hold no such information about you in connection with it. If you have contacted us and want us to delete that correspondence, just ask.
9. Security
The best protection for your data is not collecting it in the first place, and that is our approach. Any data the Game keeps on your device is protected by your device's own security.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the Game adds a feature that would involve collecting or transmitting any data (for example, online sharing of coasters), we will update this policy before that version is released and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
11. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at contact@crazychicken.top or through our contact page.
